Located in the historical Guangfu Town of Wuzhong District on a site of approximately 131,445sq.m., the project comprises low-density semi-detached townhouses of classical yet contemporary Chinese style in perfect match with the natural environment and spectacular scenery of its surroundings.

Designated for residential use, the site comprises around 373 townhouses of total gross floor area of around 91,600sq.m. Construction started in second quarter of 2008. Phase 1 was completed in 2009 (179 units), Phase 2 (110 units) and Phase 3 (84 units) were completed in 2011 and 2013 respectively.
